The dimensions are accurate and fits my J1772 plug.
The mounting screws break/strip easily. I used my own stainless steel screws.
The locking combo dial adds to the bulk of the holder compared to simple holders. The horn to hold the cord is more than tall enough–about half the length would have been preferred.
The combo lock is a casual theft deterrent, using a plastic cam to actuate the plug retention pin. The pin hole to set the combination is open and accessible from the side, allowing defeating the combination mechanism. This is not a robust security mechanism (e.g. prevent usage theft while you're away for several days).
The locking dial rotates smoothly to secure the plug.
It's a fair value to secure your J1772 plug

I've not seen one like this. Unlike most charge plug holders, this one has a built-in combination lock. That way if you have an outdoors charger, an unauthorized could not just pull up and have a few miles on you. Not that it has happened once in my 11 years of having an outdoor, accessible, level 2 charger. This item came in a plain brown card board box. Inside, wrapped in a bubble pack, is the holder. Also included are the mounting hardware (mollies and screws) and pin pricier to set the secret combo. The item is made of quality plastics which should last years. It is easy to install and use. I figured out all of its functions without reading the manual. It could hold a long run of power cables and is compatible with only J1772 charging plugs. Although you could stick a J1772 adaptor to a NACS charging plugs and use it. Although that might defeat the purpose unless you come up with a way to stop the NACS to J1772 detachment which isn't part of this holder. Over all I like the design of this holder. It should work for me for another decade. If my EVSE hold up to that long. 5 stars!

It was good to see this on Amazon. It is already proving its worth since our charge station is mounted under our carport and not in a fully enclosed and protected environment.
Positives:
• Secures the cord nice and tidy, keeping the cable off the floor
• The locking feature is a bit of added security and theft disincentive. Yes, if someone really wanted the charger they could go to the extra effort of removing the lock, but then again, thieves generally don’t like to work.
• Easily stores our 25 foot long cord
• Requires little space
Negatives:
None really, except the instruction manual is not well illustrated and the print is nearly microscopic. I had to figure it out on my own. Although later, after completing the install, I noticed a very nice installation video on the seller’s Amazon page. It is well done. So, be sure to check it out before doing your own install, and the job should go without a hitch.

Very easy to install (just 3 screws and 3 ankors) and does not take up much space. The holder is made of a thicker plastic, which makes it sturdy. The combination lock is easy to use. The instructions were clear and written in English and included pictures. My charger cord wraps well around the holder. I no longer have to put my charger and cord on thr floor and risk damaging it. I would highly recommend this product.
